I stayed in a deluxe king suite that was very clean and beautifully decorated.

They have Wheelchair Accessible rooms with kitchenware and spacious bathroom and nice round bath tub and care about everyone;)))

The location was great, with a link bridge to Pavilion making travel easy. The bed was super comfy and the tub was HUGE! The room was spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen was clean and well-equipped. Plus, there was a washing machine!

No complaints.

Our room had everything we needed - you could control the room temperature, there was a safe to keep our stuff secure, and we had a TV with lots of channels. 📺 the staff was really nice and always ready to help us out, giving us good tips.

It's also conveniently located near a pedestrian bridge, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. All in all, my stay at this hotel was great and I couldn't fault anything.

The location of the hotel is perfect, just a short walk to the main shopping center. The spacious room was clean and well equipped with a kitchenette, which made it easy for us to have our own meals. We experienced a few issues during our stay. the hot water system wasn't functioning well, meaning we were unable to fully enjoy a warm bath or shower.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a luxurious bathtub and access to Netflix. The highlight was the incredibly comfortable bed, which made it difficult to leave in the morning. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location is very convenient as it is near to the pedestrian bridge that will bring you directly into a huge mall. the staff and security are always friendly and ready to help, the room is clean, and water pressure for the shower is good and strong.

There is an additional charge for housekeeping, and there could be some issues with mosquitoes in the room.

Bad the room lacks some basic necessities like shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. the centralised AC cannot be turned down for cooler temperature which may be discomforting for some guests.
